end of year reflection

I learned a lot about how to use a camera on manual mode. Before, I would only use auto, which wasn't ever perfect. Now I can adjust the settings to express my photos better. I also practiced deriving meaning from photos and using them to express something. I got pretty frustrated trying to find new things to photograph on campus so I tried taking photos at home too. I even used my knowledge to take graduation photos of my friends. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to take this class under an already successful artist--this was really unique and I loved seeing the paintings and reference photos that went into them for inspiration.
